Labourer
Assist onsite crew in restoration after disasters to cottages, homes and other buildings following health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school an asset
- 9 to 12 months in related position
- Knowledge of construction tools
- Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety Act, WHMIS, first aid and fall protection
- Pay attention to detail
- Punctual
- Time card management
- Understand oral and written instructions
- Team player
- Pleasant and presentable manner
- Driver's license and insurance
- Physically active
- Healthy
- Like outdoor work
Cleaner
Clean after disasters to cottages, homes and other buildings using disinfectants, solvents and other chemicals
Qualifications:
- Physically active and healthy - (able to lift 50lbs comfortably).
- Neat & tidy in appearance
- Able to get along with other team members
- 9-12 months in related position
- Familiar with WHMIS, Health & Safety, First Aid & fall protection
- Willing to work on call evenings & weekends
- Drivers license an asset
- Bondable
- Safety conscious and able to wear protective clothing
- Must have safety boots and/or shoes
